Search Free Arrest Warrants | How to Find Your Arrest Warrants

Can you check for free arrest warrants?

check your arrest warrants now

Most if not all active and spent arrest warrants are published somewhere. Many but not all warrants can be found online if you know exactly where to look but there may still be some that can only be accessed offline by applying to the relevant court records office. Generally speaking it is possible for you to find your warrants for free if you are willing to spend time or money or take on a little risk. Below, I’m going to talk about how you can find important information about people or yourself and do it safely.

By far the simplest and quickest and most accurate free method of finding an arrest warrant is to ask an officer of the law. They have access to all the records so they should be willing to do a quick search for you. They might want to arrest you if they find you do have a warrant so this might not be a good move. I’m not sure if they would be very happy to look up warrants on anyone other than you either. This might be a quick way of finding warrants but it isn’t one that I could recommend in most cases.

If you go to the court records office you should be able to ask about arrest warrants. In most case it should be free to ask and there is little chance of getting arrested which makes this method viable if you know which area the warrant was raised in. If you are looking for warrants issued anywhere then you are not going to find them unless you visit every court house in the country. This is impractical as there are far too many places to visit.

Can you do a national free warrant check

Can you imagine trying to visit every courthouse in the land or even just contacting them all? It would take you forever and you would have to do it very time you wanted to do a national check. It’s not going to happen is it. You could get a private investigator to do it for you but that’s hardly going to be free is it. Contacting every courthouse yourself is going to cost you in traveling and telephone charges so not even that method is completely free.

Consider paying just a small amount for national access to arrest warrants

There is now as there has always been, a huge demand for comprehensive background information. Is it ever wonder that we have been prepared to hire private investigators to find the information for us and pay them a lot of money for the privilege. Recent advances in technology and the Internet in particular has made it viable for companies to gather publicly available records and give you access to them all from a single web site.

Of course they have to make a charge to pay for the work required to assimilate billions of public records but it’s a relatively small charge and well worth it. The best specialist background check web sites have been collecting data for years and are constantly updating it from numerous sources both online and offline. Using this data you can perform searches for active arrest warrants and background checks on almost anyone you want.

How To Find An Arrest Warrant | Its No Joke If You Have A Warrant

Wednesday, March 3rd, 2010

Would you know where to look for arrest warrants

Find an active arrest warrant

If you have an warrant for arrest you will find that it’s far from an amusing situation. You will be even less happy if you didn’t do anything wrong and the warrant is some kind of error. Warrants are bad news and at best they can cost you money and worst case land you in jail. So do you want to know how to find an arrest warrant?

If you want to do something about a warrant before it turns into an even bigger problem for you than it already is then you need to know that you have one. This isn’t always obvious especially if you are not guilty of the offence. There is now an easy solution to looking up warrants that you can use in a flash.

Do you know what a warrant for arrest is?

If you have an warrant for arrest then it means that the law enforcement agencies have an instruction to arrest you and take you to jail. The police can apply to a Judge for an Arrest Warrant and a court itself can give you Bench Warrants for things like failing to turn up in court etc. Both types of warrant will get you arrested unless you deal with it first so there is very little difference at the end of the day.

Who has your identity?

Getting your identity stolen is no joke either and it seems to be happening more and more. I’m guessing that the apparent explosion of identity theft is at least in part due to the increasing tendency to put everything online and so offering the thieves more opportunity to steal your details. If someone uses your stolen identity to commit a crime then you can get left with the warrant.

Beat the cops to it – find warrants first

The Internet to the rescue – Don’t you just love it? You can find almost anything you want online today and arrest warrants are there too. All you need is a web site that makes it easy to search for the stuff so that you don’t have to do the leg work. It works too.

Arrest warrants are just one example of the information that you can learn about someone online. There are web sites devoted to bringing all this public domain information into your home for you to search it whenever you want to and it’s fully confidential.

Is there another way to check for arrest warrants

There are alternative ways to to find out if you have a warrant if you don’t care to use a specialist public records database web site. I’m not sure why you would want to use them when you can just go online and do it in minutes but here they are anyway,

Just ignore it. Wait for the police to come for you. This works most of the time but the consequences of getting arrested out of the blue are not happy ones.

If you know where the warrant came from you can go and ask the courthouse. This isn’t going to work if the warrant was raised in a different area.

Asking a law enforcement officer is likely to find your warrants for you if you have any but expect to get arrested on the spot.

The best way to find an warrant for arrest is to utilize a public records background web site.

Absolutely Free Background Checks And Almost Free Background Checks

How to do background checks on people without breaking the bank

Do a background check on someone now

After failing to find what you might call an absolutely free background check service I went in search of the next best thing. What I wanted to avoid was getting into a situation where I had to pay for each and every background search that I did. I just knew that once I started to find interesting information on people that I wouldn’t want to stop. It would end up costing me a fortune. I found a great solution to this problem and it doesn’t work out expensive at all. Do you want to know what it is?

It’s almost as if web sites that offer access to public records in an organized format have redefined the word ‘free’. You can find lots of sites that claim to offer you free background searches but not one of the ones that I came across would give you anything useful until you part with some cash.

The problem with using paid search public records web sites

The typical public records web site will take some money from you up front then allow you to use up your account balance by doing paid searches. When your balance hits zero you need to top it up again.

If you’ve ever tried to check someone out using one of these web sites then you’ve probably noticed that you often end up doing more searches than you thought you would need to. This is especially true if you miss spell the person’s name or decide that you want to check out some neighbors while you are at it. If you are paying by the search then this can get very expensive and it’s no fun at all.

When you’ve found the person that you are looking for and done a full background check on them you will probably want to check him or her out for arrest warrants, arrest records, criminal records and sex offences. You might even want to do a prison inmate search if you haven’t seen the person for some time. You might also want to check to see if he is married just in case you are thinking of dating.

Looking up background information on people can be great fun

Looking up interesting information about people can become very addictive and a lot of fun. You find out some information about someone including the names of relatives and neighbors then you decide to check out the relatives and neighbors too. Find out if they have criminal records or arrest warrants. One thing leads to another and before you know it you’ve done dozens of background checks. If you have to pay for each search then that kind of takes the edge off the fun.

How to pay one small subscription and do as many background checks as you want to

The best way for you to do as many background checks on as many people as you want as often as you want is to join a public records membership site. The only thing that you have to pay for is the small monthly subscription and you can have as much fun as you like with the absolutely free background checks that you get with membership.

Arrest Warrants | How to Find Criminals Who Live Near You

How many criminals live in your neighborhood?

Find arrest warrants now

I was talking to someone recently about the importance of doing regular background checks on yourself to make sure that you don’t have any arrest warrants and that your records are correct. I was shocked and amazed by what this person told me.

I know how embarrassing it can be when the police come and arrest you without warning. Not to mention the stress, upset, loss of work and the financial implications that are involved. It hasn’t happened to me but I know someone who has experienced it. One way to try and avoid this situation is to do regular background checks so that you can spot any warrants early enough to get a lawyer to help you to give yourself up and straighten things out.

Criminals avoid arrest warrants by moving state

Then I was told something that took me by surprise. Apparently the person I was talking to had warrants in another state and so did his wife. It turned out that they had arrest warrants in several states dating back for years. I don’t know why this person told me this – I would rather keep that sort of thing to myself but he obviously felt confident enough not to worry about it. I suppose if I reported his whereabouts to the police he would simply move out of state again.

The police can’t afford to enforce arrest warrants from other states

He explained to me that police departments aren’t keen to chase people once they move out of the state that they committed the offence in. Apparently it’s too expensive to cooperate with other police departments and I guess “out of state – out of mind”.

There could be more criminals living by you than you think

It’s very common for criminals to commit offences in one state then move to another when they get caught. Some even live in one state and commute to other states to commit crimes. The police almost never come after them unless they can catch them red handed in the act. This means that there might be far more criminals in your neighborhood than you imagined there could be.

Think about this for a moment. Any of your friends, neighbors, people you work with or hire to do work for you. Any of them might be criminals and you would never suspect it. That’s a scary thought.

Find out who the criminals are

After this conversation I was worried and you should be too. I wanted to find out who and where the criminals were so that I could take steps to protect myself. You can find a lot of background information about someone by going online and using a public records web site. You can find out if someone has arrest warrants or a criminal record. You can also find out if they are married – useful if you are dating them – or bankrupt and many other things that you can use to make sure someone is who they say they are and that they aren’t hiding something from you.

Check out your neighborhood today

Who knows what you’ll find when you start to check out your friends and neighbors. You should check out the people who live near you and anyone you come into contact with. Make a point of doing arrest warrant searches on anyone that you might hire to do any work for you and anyone you might date. You could save yourself a lot of problems and if they come up clean then you will have peace of mind.

Search Free Arrest Warrants | How to Find Out if You Have a Warrant

Is it possible to do a free arrest warrant check?

Arrested and in handcuffs picture

Search for an arrest warrant now

There are ways that you can do a limited free check for arrest warrants and you may be able to find what you’re looking for without parting with any cash. The free methods of searching for warrants are either risky, limited or involve a lot of work on your part but they do exist and I’ll tell you about some of them below. If you are prepared to pay a little money then there are much better ways of searching for information and I’ll tell you about those too.

The most obvious way to find an arrest warrant for free is to ask a police officer. Law enforcement officers are able to do a nationwide search for any warrants that you might have so it sounds like a good idea. You might have a problem using this free method if you want to know if someone else has a warrant though. You could also find yourself arrested on the spot if the officer discovers a warrant on you. This is not a free arrest warrant search method that I would recommend.

You can do a free search for arrest warrants in your local court records office or in any courthouse in any area. Some authorities publish their databases online which makes things a lot easier for you but you may have to go and visit others. In general they only keep their own records.

Is a national free check for arrest warrants possible?

The problem with visiting all the records offices in all the areas where you might have a warrant is that you could spend months doing it and there’s no way that you would ever be able to do it more than once. With the time you spend and the travelling costs it wouldn’t exactly be free either. If you don’t know where the warrant is then you might have to visit every one in the country. It’s a free check for arrest warrants but it’s not a very practical method.

Cheap and affordable arrest warrant checks are much better

You might be checking to see if you have an arrest warrant yourself so that you can do something about it instead of waiting for the police to arrive at your door. You might be concerned about a new boyfriend or girlfriend or the worker you are about to invite into your home. These are concerns that every one of us has ever day and it’s no wonder that there is a great demand for background information on people and where there’s a demand, someone usually steps in to satisfy it.

Organizations have been working on this problem for years and they are getting very good at it. They gather public records information from thousands of sources and make them all available to you by visiting a single, easy to use web site. There is a small fee for this service but it’s affordable and you are able to do searches for arrest warrants, marriage records, criminal records and all kinds of other background information. You can do the searches on anyone and you can do as many searches as you want.

Active Arrest Warrant | Find Out About Your Warrants Before The Cops Come And Get You

Thursday, December 31st, 2009

Why were the police knocking on Anna Wallis’s door in the middle of the night?

Check for arrest warrants now

Anna Wallis is an IT technician in a department store. She’s good at her job and she runs around all day long fighting with computer bugs and keeping the stock control database up to date. It’s a high pressure job but she loves it and wouldn’t have it any other way. Anna has never been in trouble with the police before so why did the cops come for her in the middle of the night? They knocked so hard that she thought they were going to break the door down.

You can get your identity stolen so very easily

Anna won’t remember this now but it happened more than 2 years earlier. She often takes her lunch into a nearby park to get away from the stress of the office for an hour and one day she left her purse on the bench where she sat to eat. Only a few minutes had past before she realized what she had done and went back for her purse right away.

She was so relieved to find that the purse was still there, exactly where she left it. A quick check of the contents revealed that nothing had been stolen so Anna was happy and felt very lucky to get her purse back. But what has this got to do with the police at her door 2 years later?

She didn’t know it but a thief had stolen Anna’s identity from her purse as it sat alone on that park bench. Her credit card numbers, her address, her drivers licence details and other information had been quickly copied and Anna never knew that it had happened. The thief took less than 3 minutes to steal Anna’s identity.

Has your identity double got you into trouble with the police?

You might expect that if someone steals your identity then they will use it to make some instant money. Go on a spending spree with your credit cards, rent a car in your name and take out a huge loan for you to pay back. This isn’t always the reason that a thief might want to steal your life.

In Anna’s case the thief had been saving her identity for a special occasion. Something more important than a quick spending spree. This thief had been planning a big robbery and had been arrested as she left the scene. Unfortunately the police had no real evidence to suggest that they had caught the right person. The thief was too good to be caught in the act or with the stolen goods on her so she was let free on bail.

The thief had used Anna’s identity when she was arrested. This was why she stole it from her in the first place, to use as a contingency plan. When the thief failed to return to court a bench warrant for her arrest was issued for Anna, not the thief.

This story is made up. It never happened but it could happen and it could happen to you.

The cops can arrest you any time they want if you have a warrant for arrest

The police don’t have the time to go after everyone the moment that an arrest warrant is issued. Depending on the severity of the crime it could be months or even years before they get around to you. Very often they will just wait until they pull you in for something else like a speeding ticket or jumping a red light. They will do a check on you then and find the warrant.

Sooner or later they will catch up with you and if they have to they will search you out and knock on your door.

Don’t wait for the knock at the door. Find out about warrants for arrest now

Whether you committed the crime or not, when you get to court you will most likely be treated far more favorably if you give yourself up voluntarily instead of being dragged there by the police. But how do you deal with a warrant if you didn’t know that you have one in the first place?

Do regular background checks on yourself

It’s easy to do a regular background check on yourself using an online public records database. It can take less than 5 minutes to check yourself out and make sure that you don’t have any warrants or other problems that you need to deal with. By doing this you can stay one step ahead of the police and deal with arrest warrants before they become a major problem for you.

How Do Speed Traps lead to your Warrant

Monday, December 28th, 2009

How do speed traps work and why do I have an arrest warrant?

Find your arrest warrants now

Isn’t technology wonderful. Until recently, if the police wanted to catch you driving your car too fast then they would have to follow you in a police car for a while to match your speed then stop you and write you out a ticket. You knew what was happening back then. There was no mistaking that you had just picked up a speed violation and you had to do something about it because a cop has just told you to.

Those were the days but it’s all different now. You can pick up speeding tickets and other violations while you are driving without even being aware that you were doing anything wrong let alone getting caught doing it. You only have to drive past a police radar speed trap a little too fast and that’s enough to trigger a citation. You will get it in the mail a few days or even weeks later. If you ignore the letter or it gets lost in the mail then it’s likely that you’ll end up with a warrant for your arrest.

Police radar speed traps can be detected

Have you ever stood at the side of a rail track when a train is approaching and noticed that the sound the train makes changes in pitch as it gets closer to you then further away again. This is called the “doppler effect” and the technique is used in radar speed traps to catch you exceeding the speed limit. The difference is that radar uses radio waves instead of sound but the principle is the same.

Radar speed guns send out beams of radio waves that tend to go in all directions not just directed at your vehicle. The radio waves can be detected by installing a simple device in your car which can alert you to the fact that there is a radar speed trap in the area and give you time to slow down and avoid getting a ticket.

Police Laser speed traps are harder to detect

Your radar detector won’t be any help to you against the new breed of laser speed guns which are fast replacing the old radar gun trap. Laser speed detector guns send out a narrow beam of light which shines on your car and the equipment actually measures the time that it takes the light beam to hit your car and return to the gun. This is a very accurate way of measuring speed and it’s also very difficult to detect one in operation because there is only one beam of light to detect.

There are no electronic counter measures that I know of that can effectively give you an early warning of a laser speed trap. This means that you could get a letter in the mail unexpectedly at almost any time. Don’t ignore it when it comes because it could turn into an arrest warrant if you do.

What can you do about this new technology?

Well you could try obeying the law and keeping your speed under the limit at all times. This is easier said than done of course. First you have to make sure that you know what the speed limit is at all times then you have to keep your speed under it all the time. It only takes one small mistake on your part and you’ve just picked up a ticket.

If you can’t avoid getting caught in a police speed trap then you must make sure that you pay the fine or protest your innocence as soon as possible. Yes the police do make mistakes so it’s worth making sure that you were actually there when they say you were. If for some reason the fine turns into a warrant then you can takes steps to find out about it as soon as possible and deal with it before you get arrested.

Use new technology to find out about warrants before the cops come to arrest you

It’s now possible to search the entire country to find out if you’ve got an arrest warrant. Only recently has new Internet technology been available to enable you to do this. It’s so simple that you can do a comprehensive search in much less than 10 minutes. This means that you can do it regularly to find out if you’ve picked up any warrants because you never got the letter or you’ve forgotten to pay the fine.

It’s becoming increasingly more difficult to avoid getting arrest warrants so make sure that you find out about them fast when they do pop up. Once you’ve found out that you have one, deal with it as soon as you can. Speak to a lawyer to make sure that you do things the right way. Trust me, this is a whole lot better than waiting until the cops come to arrest you.

Check your new love for active arrest warrants before it’s too late

Check for active arrest warrants now

Angelina works in a busy office all day and spends much of her time chained to her PC so when she found herself single again she turned to the Internet to fill the hole that she now felt in her life. It didn’t take long for her to find a new boyfriend but she wishes now that she had checked to see if he had arrest warrants before they got serious together.

It can be safe to find dates on the Internet but you must be careful

Do you have the time to go clubbing, hang around in bars and join loads of activities just in case you’ll find Mr Right? No not many people do today. Life is such a busy place and you have to find faster ways of doing things. The Internet provides quick and efficient ways of doing so many things and dating is one of them. Everyone is doing it and even I managed to find a soulmate this way.

So after a few short evenings of searching online Angelina met George. They got on really well and after they had spent a few weeks chatting to each other in email and messenger they decided to meet in real life. Angelina had purposely searched for someone local to make this stage easier. It’s no good finding a soulmate if they are too far away to visit now is it?

Their first date

Angelina and George followed all the rules of safe dating for the first few times that they met. They met in a public place in broad daylight and always made sure that someone knew where they were going. Angelina is very sensible and knows the importance of staying safe.

George swept Angelina off her feet every time they met and she fell madly in love with him. She was so happy a few months later when he asked her to marry her so they set an early date for the wedding.

A simple background check could avoid embarrassment at the wedding

A few short months later Angelina looked stunning in her wedding dress. She glowed with excitement and thought that this was going to be the happiest day of her life.

Angelina had never been more wrong about anything. You see George never turned up at the wedding and all the excitement and happiness that Angelina had felt turned to hate and bitterness, not to mention the embarrassment of being stood up at your wedding with a hundred or more guests. Oh yes and the huge expense of the wedding itself.

George had active arrest warrants and had been apprehended by the police

George had climbed into the wedding car that day but he never got to the wedding because the cops had stopped and arrested him. Angelina had no idea that he had several arrest warrants out on him, one was for skipping bail on a sex offender charge!

How could Angelina have found out if he had arrest warrants

Angelina could have avoided this embarrassing conclusion to the relationship if only she had done a simple online background check on George when they first met. It’s so easy to do and it could have turned up all the arrest warrants, criminal records and marriage records on George. Yes he might have been married, you never know do you?

This is a story that I made up to illustrate a very real problem that affects thousands of people every day. How do you know that new friends and other people that you come in contact with are actually who they say they are and that they aren’t hiding something from you.

Find out if he has arrest warrants now before you get serious

Angelena had a narrow escape. Have fun when you date but don’t you get caught out like she did. Do a Background Check on your boyfriend now.

Arrest Warrants | How to Find a Warrant For Arrest Before the Cops Catch You

Sunday, December 6th, 2009

Check for arrest warrants and get treated favorably by the courts

Click to find a warrant for arrest

Do you want to get woken up in the middle of the night and dragged off to jail by the police? I thought not but if there’s a warrant out for your arrest then this is exactly what could happen. If you want to sleep easily at night then you should learn how to check yourself out for arrest warrants. Here’s how you do it.

It won’t matter whether you actually committed the offence or any other crime for that matter, if you have an active arrest warrant you will be arrested and taken in to the station. To make matters worse this will all go down on your record as an involuntary arrest because the police had to come looking for you.

If you had given yourself up to the court voluntarily then you might expect everyone to be a bit nicer to you because they will see that you tried to do everything you could to cooperate with the court. But how do you know that you have a warrant?

You could get an arrest warrant anywhere and at any time

You can pick up an arrest warrant if you skip bail or fail to appear in court. If you get caught in a speed trap or commit some other traffic offence you could get a warrant without even knowing it until the police come knocking at your door. Someone might have stolen your identity and been caught robbing a bank or something. You might not find out about this until the police arrest you for it.

Are you an identity theft victim?

Identity theft is fast becoming a major problem in all parts of the world. Have you had your personal details stolen and used by someone else yet? If you haven’t then I bet that you know of someone who has. Now if the thief is stopped for speeding or skips bail for an offence that might be very serious then who do you think that the cops will come looking for? Well it’s your name and details that they have so it’s you that they will come for.

Make yourself look good in court

Think about how different it could be in court if you were to hand yourself in before the cops come looking for you. The Judge will naturally have a more favourable opinion about you and your court experience could be a whole lot nicer. The problem is how do you know if you have a warrant for arrest issued on you in the first place? Luckily today it’s not nearly as difficult as it used to be to do a background check on someone and find out if there are arrest warrants.

What’s the easiest way to find warrants for arrest?

You can use a web site like the one at Court Records to find out if you have an arrest warrant. You can do it in less than 10 minutes, it’s easy and completely confidential. Until recently it would have been practically impossible for you to do this type of background check search by yourself. Isn’t the Internet great?

Don’t put this off. Do a background check now, find out if you’ve got any active arrest warrants right away.

Are There Warrants For My Arrest? Learn How To Check For Arrest Warrants

Saturday, November 28th, 2009

If you learn what an arrest warrant is and how to find out if you have one then you might just stay out of trouble with the police

Click to find your warrants for arrest

It’s easier than you might think to end up with warrants for your arrest. Sometimes you don’t know that you’ve done anything wrong and it’s even possible to get an arrest warrant for something you haven’t done. If you do have a warrant then sooner or later the cops will come and arrest you. Checking for arrest warrants regularly could buy you enough valuable time to allow you to do something about it before you get arrested.

I’m going to go over some of the ways that you can end up with a warrant for your arrest and tell you how you can easily find out if you have one.

Have you been exceeding the speed limit or failed to pay a fine?

You might have forgotten to turn up in court when you should have done or you were late paying a fine. If you have done either of these then you could have an arrest warrant. Have you done any community service that was ordered by a court but you haven’t told them that you’ve done it. You might simply have picked up a fine for speeding and forgotten to pay it.

You might be forgiven for thinking that you must have committed a crime of some sort to have a warrant out on you but this isn’t always the case. You can be a model citizen and still have the cops knock on your door in the middle of the night. The police only have to think that you’re responsible for some wrongdoing and if they have anything that looks like evidence then they can get a warrant for your arrest.

Don’t ignore a warrant for arrest because it’s so much better to give yourself up

It doesn’t matter how you get a warrant. It won’t change the fact that you will end up in court and when you do what do you think that the judge will think if the police had to chase you down and arrest you? I think that you might expect to get treated much more sympathetically if you’ve handed yourself in voluntarily. If you learn about the warrant early enough then you will have time to engage a lawyer which will also be much better for you in the long run.

Has someone stolen your identity?

If you are the unknowing victim of identity theft then you could have many arrest warrants out on you in all sorts of places. Identity theft seems to be getting more and more common and noone is immune from it. The worst part about it is that it might be a long time before you figure out that you’re a victim during which time you could have had money stolen from your bank accounts or your impersonator may have committed crimes against someone else. If they did it in your name then it’s you who gets the warrant. Sad but true.

You can find out if you have arrest warrants in just a few minutes

The best way to check for arrest warrants is to use an online service that uses public data from hundreds if not thousands of online and offline sources. Using one of these web sites means that you don’t need to try and guess where the warrants might be because all the information is in one place. It’s easy, convenient, 100% confidential and a search can often be done in a few minutes. Give it a try now.
